Under its flagship initiative "Mahindra Pride Classroom," the company aims to empower youth through skill development and employability training. In line with this vision, we propose the implementation of an Employability Skill Training Programme targeting final year ITI passing students, both online and offline
Equip final year ITI passing students with essential employability skills required for success in the job market. Enhance students' confidence, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Provide hands-on training and exposure to industry-relevant practices. Facilitate seamless transition from education to employment for ITI graduates. Programme Components: Curriculum Development: Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering essential employability skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and technical skills relevant to the industry. Online Platform: Utilize online learning management systems to deliver interactive modules, video tutorials, quizzes, and assignments. This platform will ensure accessibility and flexibility for students to learn at their own pace. Offline Workshops: Conduct hands-on workshops and practical sessions in collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra's training centers or partner institutions. These workshops will provide students with real-world experience and exposure to industry-standard equipment and practices. Mentorship Programme: Pair students with industry professionals or mentors who can provide guidance, advice, and networking opportunities. Mentors will offer insights into industry trends and help students navigate the job market. Assessment and Certification: Implement regular assessments and evaluations to gauge students' progress and understanding. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a certification endorsed by Mahindra & Mahindra, enhancing their credibility in the job market. Implementation Plan: Identify target ITI institutions and final year students for participation in the programme. Collaborate with Mahindra & Mahindra's CSR team to allocate resources, including funding, training facilities, and technical support. Recruit qualified trainers and industry experts to develop and deliver the training modules. Launch the online platform and offline workshops simultaneously, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.
